第一次去日本公司领取、返还入札仕様書——完整流程与经验总结

最近因为工作需要，我第一次独自前往一家公司的办公室，办理入札仕様書（招标规格书）的返还与领取。 虽然整个过程并不复杂，但真正经历之后才发现，很多细节如果没有人提前告诉你，第一次去还是会有些紧张。因此想把这次的经历整理下来，希望能给以后第一次办理类似业务的人提供一些参考。 本文仅记录我此次前往某家公司办理入札仕様書业务的实际经历。不同发标单位、政府机关或企业的办理方式可能有所不同，请以对方规定为准。 出发前 这次的任务有两个： 返还上一份入札仕様書 领取新的入札仕様書 出门前，我准备了： 入札仕様書 名片 当时我认为这样就足够了。 后来才发现，还有一样东西我误以为不用带。 到达公司 这家公司并不是可以直接进入的。 办公区域的大门一直处于关闭状态，需要使用门口的内线电话联系工作人员，由对方确认后开门。 我拿起电话后说道： お世話になっております。 株式会社○○の○○です。 入札仕様書を返却しに来ました。新しい入札仕様書を受け取りに来ました。 工作人员确认后，很快帮我打开了大门。 进入办公室 进入办公室后，我向工作人员简单打了招呼： お世話になっております。 随后便开始办理资料交接。 整个过程没有想象中的复杂，也没有长时间的商务寒暄。 返还入札仕様書 原本我以为，把入札仕様書交给工作人员，返还手续就结束了。 实际上并不是。 工作人员告诉我： 入札仕様書最后一页有一张返却记录表，需要填写完成后，返还手续才算正式完成。 也就是说，仅仅把资料交回去是不够的。 这一点如果第一次办理，很容易忽略。 领取新的入札仕様書 完成返还手续后，工作人员把新的入札仕様書交给了我。 就在这时，又提醒了我另一件事情。 其实， 資格証明書我之前已经提交过一次。 因此，我误以为之后领取新的入札仕様書时，就不需要再携带了。 工作人员告诉我： 資格証明書并不是第一次提交之后就一直有效，而是每次领取新的入札仕様書时，都需要再次出示。 由于这是我第一次没有携带，对方这次没有追究，仍然让我领取了新的入札仕様書。 不过，对方也明确说明： 今后每一次领取新的入札仕様書，都必须携带資格証明書。 这也成为我以后必须记住的一项固定流程。 整个过程其实没有想象中困难 在出发之前，我最担心的是： 门口电话应该怎么说？ 敬语会不会说错？ 会不会因为不会商务敬语而出问题？ 要不要准备很多寒暄？ 真正经历之后才发现，这些担心其实没...

How to work in Family Mart? (D. QUO Card)

What is QUO Card? This is a disposable paper card. It has a balance in yen. In fact, it is like a gift card, but it is equivalent to Japanese yen cash, which can be consumed in convenience stores. But it cannot be used repeatedly. When the money inside is used up, this paper card is garbage and can be discarded. What should you do when customers use QUO to pay? Simplified version: 1. Scan the code first and measure the size. 2. Select the size and enter the zip code. 3. Determine the date. 4. Determine how much it will cost. 5. Write the date and price on the special paper for express delivery. 6. The first one is given to the guest, the second one is kept by the store, and the third one to the N one is directly pasted on the express. 7. Put the express in the office. Detailed version: Yes, it can be more exact, but it will take time. *(I will add this  content at some time in the future.) And actually, you don't need to learn it here. You should have someone in Family Mart who will teach you how to do it. All operations are based on your understanding of Japanese.

用度品 refers to all goods purchased by institutions (enterprises, government agencies, schools, hospitals), excluding raw materials for production and goods purchased for sales. Generally, it refers to office supplies such as copy paper and stationery and business consumables such as bills. In Family Mart, it refers to disposable chopsticks, spoons, paper towels, straws, and other consumables.

Here I am telling you how to transfer the package that has already been received in the store to the customer . Regardless of the courier, whether it's Yamato, Amazon, Mercari, or even Uniqlo, the method is the same. How to work in Family Mart? (A. 途中集金)

This is the first essential thing you need to learn. When there are many 10,000 yen bills in the cash register machine, the machine will continuously ring and remind you to do this - "途中集金." This means you must take the 10,000 yen bills out of the cash register machine and place them in the designated location. It is usually a metal box that can only be opened by the store manager. Can I use Famipay in Lawson?

Yes, you can. The steps used in other stores are: Launching FamiPay App. Tap the 「ファミリーマート以外で使う」 button. Have the clerk scan the barcode. That's all. But I must say, you can't pay separately. You can only choose one payment method.  At Family Mart, you can use two payment methods (Famipay+Cash) to pay, especially when your balance of Famipay is insufficient. 以後 vs.以降: What's the difference?

 "以後" can be used as an adverb or placed after other words. 卒業以後、結婚しましょう！ 電話は８時以後にしてください。 以後、気をつけなさい。 "以降" cannot be used alone as an adverb. So it cannot be placed at the beginning of a sentence .  It can only be used as a suffix for words. 今月以降は、この住所に変わります。 １７時以降は個人の時間です。
