在日本做 YouTube 收益化后，税务、住民税和在留资格该怎么处理？常见问题整理 本文根据截至 2026年8月 可确认的官方资料整理。 涉及税务、在留资格和归化的具体判断可能因个人情况不同而变化，本文仅用于整理制度框架，不代替税务署、出入国在留管理局、法务局或专业人士针对个案作出的判断。 YouTube 达到收益化条件之后，很多人首先想到的是“能赚多少钱”。 但对于生活在日本的外国人来说，真正容易混淆的其实有好几个完全不同的问题： Google 什么时候付款？收入什么时候算进税务？20万日元以下到底要不要申告？住民税会不会通知公司？持工作签证做 YouTube 是否需要资格外活动许可？这些事情又会不会影响以后申请永住或归化？ 这些问题不能混在一起判断。 下面按照 Q&A 的方式逐一整理。 Q1：日本的 YouTube AdSense 要累计多少钱才会付款？ 如果 AdSense for YouTube 的付款货币是日元，目前的 付款门槛为 8,000 日元 。 也就是说，即使已经产生了收益，只要付款账户还没有达到 8,000 日元，Google 通常不会立即向银行账户汇款，而是把余额结转到之后的月份。( Google 帮助 ) 例如： 第一个月：2,000日元 第二个月：3,000日元 第三个月：2,000日元 累计：7,000日元 此时通常还不会付款。 如果之后累计超过8,000日元，并且账户不存在付款保留等问题，才会进入实际付款流程。 需要注意的是： 8,000日元只是 Google 的付款门槛，不是日本税法上的免税线。 Q2：没有达到8,000日元，也没有收到银行汇款，是不是就不算当年的收入？ 不能简单地这样理解。 日本所得税原则上并不是单纯按照“钱什么时候进入银行账户”来决定收入归属年度。 国税厅说明，即使年末之前还没有实际收到现金，只要取得收入的权利已经确定，也可能属于该年度的收入。至于权利在哪个时间点确定，要根据交易内容、性质、合同约定和惯例等具体判断。( 日本国税庁 ) 因此： AdSense 没达到8,000日元 ↓ Google 没有汇款 ↓ 所以这一年税务收入一定是0 这个推论并不成立。 对于 YouTube 创作者来说，更稳妥的做法是保存： AdSense 每月最终确定收益 Transactions记录 收益调整记录 年末账户余额 ...

Especially when inputting 口座名義, please use Katakana instead of your alphabetic name. It's important! I've tried it three times and didn't find it until the last time. The opportunity is that I received a confirmation from THE CITY OFFICE. When I need to fill in my own 口座名義, there are some small Kanji on the confirmation form reminding me to use  kana . 口座名義（カナでご記入ください） I tried again to bind ゆうちょ銀行口座 to the 東京都水道局アプリ, and it was successful. So I confirmed that Japanese banks need you to fill in your katakana name every time.

How do I change the address registered on the physical Suica card?

No way. (On the vending machine) I've tried it. There seems to be no option on the machine to change this. But I guess you can go to the window to handle this business. The fastest way is to return the card directly and reapply. In this way, 220 yen will be deducted from the balance of your Suica card. So, how to return the Suica card? You may find green refund machines at Narita Airport. (Generally, it is only available at a few locations.) Then the operation is very simple. Basically, insert the card and click a few buttons to finish. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TArR_NJtGdM But I suggest you use the Suica card on the mobile end. For physical cards, you have to change them every time you move. Although I don't know what to do with recording the address (maybe it's to make it easier to find it after losing it?)
