What is "住民票"? - About "residence certificate" in details

Q&A Q: What is " 住民票 " in Japan? A: " 住民票 " means the  certificate of residence . It records the citizen's whereabouts and residence changes, which should be registered 14 days before or after moving into the new address. In principle, " 住民票 " is written according to the registration items on the  residence card . Before 2012, only Japanese people applied for " 住民票 ," but after July 12, international students can also apply. Still, they also need not do it. Because, in general, it is more beneficial to keep a  residence card  or a passport !  AND Please note that what you actually get is only a copy of the actual Residence Certificate . We also called the copied paper " 住民票 "; Q: Why do you need it? A: Suppose you are doing significant business in Japan, such as taking a driver's license test, taking a job, or changing careers. In that case, you must apply for it and then hand it over to the office to prove your legal ident...

Guide "to" VS. "on" VS. "for", which is correct?

In general, guides are "to" whatever they describe , whether this is an action or a thing:  A guide to living in Japan A guide to the City of Tokyo A guide to 21st-century Performance art However, the form that the guide is published in , whether it is a book, a web page, an article, or anything else, would usually use "on":  An essay on the City of Kanagawa A book on building your own nuclear weapons A web page on 21st-century Performance artists "For" is used to say who the guide is aimed at , not what it describes:  A guide for juveniles A guide for car owners  A guide for Single Moms I would be a little surprised to see something like "A guide for building your own space rocket," where "for" indicates purpose, and "A guide for seventeenth-century Flemish art" would be wrong. Yes, the preposition after "guide" must be followed by a specific purpose if you want to use "for," so I still recommend you to ...

How can I write a letter in Japanese? Description of the writing format of Japanese letters.

Introduction In Japan, although the writing method of personal letters is free, there are specific format requirements when writing formal letters . Writing a letter according to the format is also to express your respect and sincerity to the other party. In order not to let your letter make the other party feel impolite, let's learn the writing format of Japanese letters ~ During the period of daily Japanese language development, the use of the expressive association is called "「頭語(とうご)」" (literally, ' head language '), "「拝啓(はいけい)」," and "「謹啓(きんけい)」." A greeting about climate or season will be added after head language , which can make the other party read the letter comfortably. In general, the head language will use "「拝啓(はいけい)」," and the corresponding peroration  is "「敬具(けいぐ)」." If you want to be more polite, for example, when writing some work letters, you will use "「謹啓(きんけい)」," and the corresponding conclusio...

Matcha Almond Pudding with Green Tea Sauce

Matcha Almond Pudding without Green Tea Sauce This is just the original appearance on the table. 1 You can see that this is a bit light green pudding-like Tofu. To be honest, I have forgotten whether Tofu is sweet, but I clearly remember that Tofu is very tender. 2 The wolfberry on it is sweeter than Tofu. 3 But I wonder how this shape is made. And because it is a bean product, why is its taste infinitely close to pudding? This is really amazing! Matcha Almond Pudding with Green Tea Sauce I poured Matcha sauce on the Tofu, and it looked more beautiful. 4 Wow, the fifth picture is the best shooting angle, I think. 5 The overhead angle looks good but is slightly smaller than the whole picture. 6 Moreover, Matcha sauce tastes lovely, and its sweetness is close to condensed milk. Blogger custom domain redirection not working? Maybe you missed something. - About Cloudflare DNS Settings

This case will show you how to resolve DNS on Cloudflare about Blogger. Since you found this, your problem may be that the "domain.com" cannot be redirected to the subdomain of "www.domain.com." Generally, we choose URL redirecting rather than directly resolving "domain.com." Especially Blogger even has a switch to redirect directly. First, please check whether there are two records in the DNS settings of Cloudflare. These two records are the two CNAME records Blogger asked you to add at the beginning.  One is the CNAME defined by Blogger for verification purposes, and the other is a URL corresponding to your "www." They may look like these: Name: gvblqrscfa24t    Content: gv-mapcmu4pcr2d4z.dv.googlehosted.com Name: www      Content: ghs.google.com Please be careful; it's not "ghs.googlehosted.com," "let alone "ghs.googlehost.com.""I just didn't input it correctly. So I tried many methods. And they must be ...

The Ultimate Guide To Ichiran Ramen: A Delicious and Unique Dining Experience

Introduction If you are new to Japan, Ichiran Ramen will be a good choice for you. Ichiran Ramen is very particular. For example, they require freshly cooked Ramen to be brought to the guests within 15 seconds. Their secret spicy sauce is said to be a mixture of more than 30 ingredients, so I generally recommend twice the spicy degree when ordering. And according to the general rules, they will ask you whether you want garlic or onions or not.  The most important thing they will ask is the hardness of the noodles. There are about five kinds of surface hardness: Extra firm , firm , medium , soft , very soft . I recommend  firm  Ramen, even though they recommend  medium . The color represents the softness and hardness of the Ramen. The waiter will give you a small plate, and its color is what I show now. The Kae-Dama metal plate So, let's go for steps.  Steps of eating Ramen in Ichiran Step1 Like other Japanese restaurants, Ichran uses vending machines to se...
